15 minute full body warm up followed by a group session with one of our level 1 coaches. Athletes will be given the drills they need to progress their tumbling as well as rotated hands on instruction and spotting. This session is open to all athletes who need to progress their basic tumbles such as Forward/Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Roundoffs and back/front walkovers, those athletes who have mastered basic level tumbling and have had these skills signed off by either he Head Tumble Coach or Programme Director would benefit more from 1:1 private coaching.
